Our Field Force
The Field Force is coordinated by Area Sales Managers. For effective distribution and coverage of the territories are divided into three geographical areas:
- Lagos/ West Depot.
- East Depot.
- North Depot.
Each depot is managed by the Area Sales Manager [ASM]. The responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager include the following;
- Formulation and implementation of sales/marketing strategies in achieving company objectives in territory.
- Coordinating and supervision of all sales/marketing activities in the territory
- Coaching/ training of sales team in their territory
- Taking proper care of all company assets within the territory.
Team A – Medical [Ethical] Representatives
- Conducting Clinical Presentations, Seminars,and Conferences.
- Detailing to the medical professionals.
- Hosting exhibition at conferences and workshops.
Team B – Sales [OTC] Representatives.
- Sales calls at retails outlets, patent medicine stores
- Sales promotion
- Hosting exhibition at conferences and workshops
- Detailing to the medical professionals, particularly the OTC products.
